ICAR-CIAE Millet Mill

CIAE Millet mill has been developed for dehusking minor millets viz., foxtail millet, little millet, kodo millet, proso millet and barnyard millet.

ICAR-CIAE Fruit/ Vegetable Grader

A large variety of horticultural crops are available in India. Mechanisation for their value addition is expected to reduce post harvest losses and also provide newer avenues of income generation and entrepreneurship developemnt. Simple operations like grading help in value addition and loss prevention.

ICAR-CIAE Ripening chamber

A ripening chamber (1 ton capacity) has been developed for fruits like banana, mango, papaya, sapota etc. using ethylene gas. The chamber is constructed such that it can easily be installed at the required site. The chamber can maintain recommended environmental conditions for ripening.

ICAR-CIAE Soy Butter

Soy-butter is healthy, nutritionally rich; cholesterol and trans- fat free plant based spread with high protein content of 39 % making it ideal for people suffering from protein malnutrition, obesity and hypercholesterolemia. It has no added flavour and preservatives with a shelf life 3 months under ambient conditions.
